Who Provides the alcohol & How Much do i need?
The client must provide the alcohol. All of the flavored mixes we provide are non-alcoholic.
We offer 5 gallon and 3 gallon mix options, it may be best you decide which flavors you would like first.
5 Gallon Mixes: we recommend 3Liters of Tequila or Rum
3 Gallon Mixes: we recommend 1.75 Liters of Tequila or Rum
Can the Margarita Machine Be Outside?
The ideal conditions for the machine is 80°F.
The machine does work outside. However, you will get a better ice/slush consistency if the machine is placed indoors for events where the outside temperature is any hotter that 85°F.
We do require that the machine be under a tent or covered area. The client is responsible to ensure there is an electrical outlet or generator within 50ft of where the machine will be placed.
How long does the mix take to freeze?
The machine takes approx. 1.5 hours to freeze the mix. You do not need any Ice, the machine will freeze the liquid mix on its own.
How Many Margarita Machines do I need?
All out Machines are Double Barrel Machines which allow for two flavors at a time.
Events of up to 150 Guest we recommend 1 Machine.
Events of more that 150 guest we recommend 2 Machines
All of our Machines are Double Barrel Machines. Additional mixes may be recommended depending on the party size.
Do I need to clean the machine Once I am done?
No, set up and clean up are included. You just enjoy the delicious Margaritas and we will take care of the rest! 😉
How Far in advance should I book?
We always say, the sooner you book the better as it will hold your date in place and ensure you get a machine for your event:)
For holidays and special events our machines are usually booked out 2-3 months in advance.
For other events we recommend at least 3-4 week prior to your event.
We understand that a Margarita Machine may sometimes be a last minute idea and we are always open for last minute booking, just contact us to make sure we are available.
Can I book your Margarita Machine For An Event Hall?
Most Event Halls do allow Margarita Machines Rentals however we always recommend that you check with your event hall.
Is there any Delivery Requirements?
-)All margarita machines must be places under a covered area, if outdoors there must be a patio or tent covering the machine from the elements.
-) *No Stairs*- The Margarita Machines weight approximately 150 lbs. for that reason we do not deliver to Multi-level apartments or buildings that do not have direct access to the floor either by an elevator or parking garage. We understand we live in Houston were some homes may have a few steps to get into… If there is no ramp, we ask that you let us know at your booking so that we can make the proper delivery arrangements.
-)There must be a dedicated wall plug within 50ft of where the machine will be placed. Due to the amount of power the machine uses there cannot be anything else plugged into the same outlet or the machine will not work properly.
